Let me show you what happened on 28th of January, when a group of 105 people got together for an artistic meditation session. We all made a big circle to meditate, create art and see how meditation can boost your creativity. As part of Peace Revolution Activities in Lima- Peru.
Young people from 15 countries will come together to enjoy inner peace time in beautiful Rustavi, Georgia. Bridge fellowship will involve participants from the countries of Eastern Europe, Caucasus region, and Central Asia.

The first BRIDGE Peace Fellowship organized by Peace Revolution project took place in Bakuriani, Georgia, from 4 to 9 May 2015. It brought together young people from Eastern Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia. The main aim of the fellowship was introducing mindfulness and meditation as tools for personal and professional growth for the youth in the region, and networking for development of sustainable world peace through inner peace cultivation thus, making a change in their local community.
Everything started with an invitation from a friend, a biology teacher at UFMG University, the Federal University of my state in Brazil.
