“Our prime purpose in this life is to help others. And if you can’t help them, at least don’t hurt them.” Dalai Lama

2015 has been the catalyst of understanding that there is no real purpose in life, but the purpose you choose to attribute it. Unless life is spent in the service of others, life has no real essence. It is in giving that you find yourself.

Serious Decisions 2016

At the end of the year, we usually take the time to make the count of what we have achieved. We assume that doing will transform us, will change our lives for the better. We assume we deserve because we worked hard to obtain it. It may be so. If more of doing is what you choose for 2016, may it be doing with peace and happiness.

Many articles have been written about New Year’s Resolution. I am here sharing the three questions I hold dear for this new year.

  1. How do you choose to use of your talents and give back in 2016?
  1. What will you cultivate in your relationships in 2016?
  1. Who and how will you inspire in 2016?

Thank you, 2015! Dear 2016, hope you will teach us that being is just as precious as doing. May we all live our true powers and make use of them for the good of all mankind.
