Be kind to accept what is given to you and not to regret upon anything that you missed out on. The best way is to have enough sleep, calm yourself down and achieve peace of mind. Even if you are insomniac, select a good movie to watch, indulge yourself and you will probably get some nice sleep at the end of it.
