Manuela is a mindfulness coach, trainer and event manager.
She started working closely with individuals concerned with their self development in 2012 ( she coached 2.5K + people on Peace Revolution online programs).
She studied Eastern Philosophy and meditation with monks from Thailand.
She took courses on Neuro Linguistic Programming and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to deepen her understanding of the human mind, the science behind the brain and get familiar with practical tools.
She believes that the mind, meditation and imagination are our most powerful assets.She is passionate about exploring ways to remain peaceful and balanced amidst the rush and expectations of modern life. With extensive trainings on peace education and inner peace she believes that peace is possible within our generation with more and more people becoming aware of their potential.
