"It does not matter how it looks, it matters how you see". That was my inspiration to start meditating. Too many things started to seem hardly understandable and that brought confusion. Confusion in the mind, which results as a confusion in life. How to deal with it? For me, a realistic law graduate, everything seemed to be easy solved by just thinking and re-thinking. Well, now I know that it's not. Sometimes the easiest way to find the most important answers is simply to stop thinking. Meditation teaches to stop the mind and enjoy the moment of clarity.
Driven by curiosity and questions about life, I got easily involved in the "sect" of meditators. At some point of life, everyone of us encounter questions about life: am I happy?, what's the goal of life? what is happiness?. Tortured by these unanswered questions, I managed to make meditation my habit. And...to find the answers, I was looking for.
I wish everyone to find this tool. As some questions cannot be answered by Google 😉
